There will be a parking ban from 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 12, to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, on account of the impending winter storm.
The National Weather Service says 4 to 8 inches of snow is possible Monday and Tuesday in Swansea. According to the weather service, snow could be heavy at times Tuesday afternoon and wind gusts could reach 40 mph.
